Show Keystrokes does not work in Kotoeri “Eisu” mode.

IM “Kotoeri" の環境下での使用では、”かな”モードの際は、全てのキーのキーストローク表示はOKですが、
“英数”モードに切り替えると、装飾キーのみ表示してくれます。

Show Keystrokes (“All Keystrokes” cheked) is only modifier key).
