Mouseposé App Reviews
I tried lots of similar softwares and this one is by far the best one, but sometimes it quits out of the blue, not quite often after the latest update, but sometime it does. I would recomend it, but I also would like to see the developers fixing this bug.
Must have!
DAS Tool für Bildschirm-Präsentationen und Screencasts! Must have.
Great App. - for highlighting every presentations on Mac and makes it impressive and easy. Thank you! Fabelhaftes Tool - macht die Präsentation auf dem Mac beeindruckend und zum Kinderspiel. Vielen Dank!
I can highly recommend that app especially if youre a software trainer or presenter. there is just one thing missing: Define the display where the keystroke hint appears. im using a two-display setup where the second screen is used for presentations. Unfortunately the keystrokes only appear on screen one :( Best, Rico
This is le awesome
Super Produkt
Amazing app! This is exact the application I have searched for. It is recommended for presentations and screen tutorials. Works fine with OS X Mavericks 10.9.1
Crashes...
Using Mac OSX 10.9.4., Tool crashes on every second activation by hotkey. Not usable… Please fix!
As good as this might have worked in earlier Versions of Mac OS X, with OS X El Capitan all it produces is a “Segmentation fault: 11” message. There are cheaper and easier ways to do this. I feel betrayed.
Ive used this app for years and am so delighted to find it now on the App Store. I teach using a projector. The density of information and controls on the screen being so high, this app lets me quickly direct the attention of my students, like a built-in laser pointer but so much more convienient due to the hotkey and being driven by your mouse cursor. The spotlight wide to narrow animation is elegent and also guides attention. Id hate to teach software without it.
I bought this just to solve the problem of losing my mouse on giant Apple 27 inch displays. It does that very well, although it could use more methods of activation. A “mouse shake” would be ideal, but Id settle just for a better range of keyboard shortcuts: when I attempted to use any keyboard shortcut except a function key, not only did it not work, but I got an ugly error. I probably should have given fewer stars because of that, but the application seems very well put together in general.
Worked somewhat well until Yosemite came along. Developer has admitted the app does not work at all on Yosemite in his support forum, yet does not mention this in the description on the App Store. According to the description, it says this is compatible on machines running OS 10.7.5 or later. Not true at all. Do not buy if running 10.10.
I’ve used Mouseposé for aaages (had v 1.0 before upgrading to el Cap, which required a new purchase since universal binaries are no longer an option). Great application. Cannot live without on systems with multiple monitors.
IM “Kotoeri" の環境下での使用では、”かな”モードの際は、全てのキーのキーストローク表示はOKですが、 “英数”モードに切り替えると、装飾キーのみ表示してくれます。 Show Keystrokes (“All Keystrokes” cheked) is only modifier key).
Some keystrokes doesn’t show with third-party IME.
I can see all keystrokes with “U.S” input source. But I’m using ATOK that is Japanese IME. Mousepose can display only modifier keys.
it was so nice for presentation makes rich. but since OSX was updated to 10.11.5, it does not work so far. no update for those year and half or more..
10 dollars, crashed 10 times in the first 10 minutes
Ive heard great things about this app, from the interface it looks great, if only it actually works. Very poor quality for a 10 dollar app.
Unfortunately the developer seems to have abandoned this app. But there is a decent alternative called Visualize. It doesn’t provide all the features and customization that Mousepose offered, but at least it works. And, *NO* I’m not affiliated with either company or the developers in any fashion.
a little bit pricy app, but its very useful and works great. Its features are very customizable. I could describe what it does, but the developers website does a very good thing at it so i would recommend visiting it for a more detailed description. feature request: Auto Drag so we can drag a window, scroll bars, sliders and resize a window.
This really makes a great visual impact during my training courses. It also helps me demonstrate our web-based applications when clickable text does not appear as an obvious link. Thanks! Agreed, a little pricey for a widget app but it works and fills a gap.
Nice needs some work
Nice App but still buggy, one ex; it freezes when you click realunch to change settings. Crashed few other times.
